SUSTAINABLE DESIGN RESEARCH CONSORTIUM' heritage in helping social sector organizations become ecology aligned originates from our decades of experience and in-depth knowledge of time-based strategies and the Transformative Change Making methodology, developed by our partner FES. The hallmark of our work is rapid implementation and generating sustainable results. When technological, economic or social changes are transforming society, but effective mechanism to shape these transformations are missing, crises can occur. Transformative Change Making (TCM) introduces a new method to create the societal buy-in needed to tackle such transformation crises. FES India has developed a Practical Guide for Transformative Change Making (insert link), which is meant to give practitioners an easy to use introduction into the method. The promoters f SDRC have been trained, sensitized and emopowered by FES India and Germany as community champions and drivers of the methodology in their selected ecology.
